Replacement Dwelling

Rather than extend and renovate an existing 1970’s bungalow, the existing was demolished and Rowling Building appointed to construct a new bungalow.  This met the Clients’ exact requirements and benefitted from today’s more energy efficient construction methods for the entire bungalow. 

Working together with the client, and our team of regular trades men, throughout the build process resulted in the client being able to move into their new dream home in a timely manner.
