We have extended modern bungalows and houses, commercial premises as well as period style, clay lump cottages and timber framed buildings. A number of recent extensions have incorporated vaulted ceilings or timber/oak frames. Naturally we attend to your requirements for plumbing, heating and electrical services.
You may be considering the addition of a porch, timber-framed annexe, garage conversion or loft conversion to maximise the potential of your property - areas in which we have experience.
As part of your project we offer a design service and fitting of your bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchen and utility. You may be considering a Garden Room which may feature an oak frame and could either be joined to your existing property or separate structure in the garden. We can carry out all the extension works or you may prefer us to construct the shell only and associated structural works.
Neil and his son Ed carried out the work on our extension, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the job ran smoothly and the quality of the workmanship is excellent.
We chose not to have the project formally managed by the architects due to cost, but with Neil’s experience and expertise it never once felt like the project suffered as a result. Managing the build between us felt straightforward and collaborative, and any issues were handled calmly and professionally.
